Max is called the cookie baker by his friends, because he often bakes cookies with people. Just because it is fun. Because creating something together changes the atmosphere. He loves how something this small can genuinely make people happy.
Sascha is more about systems. He looks at things and quickly thinks: this can be smarter. When we saw how much impact such a small moment can have, we wondered why it gets forgotten so often at work.
Everyone likes to feel seen. Yet birthdays at the office often depend on whoever happens to remember.
So we thought: what if you could simply organize this well by default? No hassle. No lists. Just automatic.
That is how BeKynd started. From the idea that work can be a bit more human.
